About The Position

Piper Companies is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for a small SaaS company located in Austin, TX. The Sales Operations Manager will be taking ownership of the sales processes and drive operational excellence across multiple product lines. The Sales Operations Manager will need to sit on site several days per week in Austin, TX.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in lead management and CRM systems (HubSpot experience required).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven workflow automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support outbound initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development.
  • Own and optimize the sales operations process for inbound leads across two product lines (with a third launching soon).
  • Manage lead allocation and distribution, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in HubSpot.
  • Analyze sales performance at both macro (team/office) and micro (individual) levels to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using HubSpot and Google Sheets.
