Spin.AI is seeking its first Sales Operations Manager to establish the foundation for the revenue operations function. This role is ideal for someone excited about scaling sales teams and building within a hyper-growth, dynamic environment. The position reports directly to the SVP Finance and is based in the Glendale, CA office. The role will focus on revenue and pipeline operations, including applying knowledge of SaaS revenue models (ARR, Upsell, Churn, and Renewals) to ensure Salesforce captures necessary data for executive-level financial reporting. It involves analyzing funnel conversion metrics to identify opportunities for sales efficiency and win rate improvements, as well as building and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting and dashboards. Additionally, the role will oversee systems and process optimization, ensuring timely and accurate sales order processing (Quote-to-Cash), liaising with the sales team for customer license provisioning, and administering CRM workflows, automation, and data integrity. Cross-functional collaboration is key, acting as on-the-ground support for the sales team to navigate complex deal structures and working closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align Go-To-Market operations and support new sales motions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. Data governance and reporting are also crucial, ensuring CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all systems, standardizing definitions, reporting methodologies, and metrics, and maintaining documentation for key operational processes and policies.
