About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help scale Jasper’s go-to-market motion through operational rigor, systems expertise, and data accuracy. In this role, you’ll own the daily execution that powers our Sales organization — managing tools, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that drive performance. You’ll join a highly collaborative Revenue Operations team and work closely with Sales Ops leadership to execute the processes, programs, and analyses that enable our GTM teams to run efficiently and effectively. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Operation and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and a good understanding of related GTM tools (e.g. Outreach, Gong).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights that influence decisions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — you know how to break down problems and deliver solutions quickly.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills; you can translate complex data and process details into clear recommendations.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity for how systems, tools, and workflows can scale more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion trends, and overall team performance.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic GTM planning by providing analytical input and scenario modeling.
  • Maintain clear and accurate books of business that reflect clean account ownership in alignment with established planning frameworks and territories.
  • Own the day-to-day management of sales systems and tools, maintaining high standards of data hygiene and integrity across all GTM platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Ops inquiries, triaging and resolving requests efficiently to keep the team running smoothly.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to optimize onboarding, process adoption, and tool utilization across the sales organization.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows for sales team members as headcount scales, ensuring seamless systems access and data continuity.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Finance to align data, processes, and definitions across the revenue organization.
