The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the primary operations partner for the Prenatal team, leading analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that support commercial growth. This role requires strong analytical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support Prenatal leadership with performance reporting, identify opportunities to enhance data quality and automation, and build dashboards and workflows that enable more effective decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional partners to ensure the Prenatal organization has reliable, actionable insights.
