This is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale the sales function within a growing consulting organization. The person in this role will play a foundational role in building the systems, processes, and operational structure that support future growth while also helping support active sales efforts during an important stage of expansion. Advisicon is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to build and operationalize the systems, processes, and structure that support a scalable sales function within a growing technology consulting organization. This is a foundational role designed for a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable building the operational backbone of sales and actively participating in the sales process during an early stage of growth. Approximately two-thirds of this role will focus on designing and implementing sales infrastructure, including CRM optimization, pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, sales process development, and compensation administration. The remaining portion of the role will involve supporting active sales efforts, including participation in sales calls, opportunity management, proposal coordination, and helping advance deals through the pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience supporting or leading sales operations within consulting, professional services, SaaS, or technology organizations and is comfortable operating in an evolving environment where systems are still being built.
