This role focuses on AWS strategic customers' private pricing billing processes and systems. The Sales Operations III will serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders by designing scalable processes and implementing go-to-market strategies. The position requires expertise in AWS private pricing structures, discount models, contract types, and billing logic to manage complex escalations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with financial reporting. Responsibilities include leading mission-critical cross-team projects, collaborating with engineering on automation initiatives, and driving the evolution of operational tools and applications. The role involves extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets, building automated dashboards and reports, and applying SQL, Python, and Excel VBA to streamline reporting. Additionally, the position requires performing root cause analysis, translating private pricing contracts into structured requirements, developing automation workflows, and applying statistical analysis to forecast deal cycles and revenue impact. Communication with stakeholders at all levels, delivering actionable insights, and balancing competing priorities with autonomy are key. The role also involves defining and implementing operational policies, partnering with various teams, and supporting leadership through ad-hoc analytics and team development.
