This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of global sales compensation programs, including automation, implementation, and optimization across AWS's GSC Operations. The position involves developing and implementing scalable solutions for compensation administration, reporting, and analytics for global teams, managing complex program implementations with various stakeholder groups (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Tech), and designing and executing change management strategies for new compensation plans and operational processes. The role also requires creating and maintaining program governance frameworks, leading process improvement initiatives to optimize compensation operations, and developing automation solutions to streamline processes and reporting. Building comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions to track key compensation metrics and program effectiveness, driving data-informed decisions through advanced analytics, and developing performance metrics frameworks are also key responsibilities. The role involves partnering with VP-level stakeholders to align compensation strategy with business objectives, developing risk management frameworks, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates, and creating documentation for compensation policies and procedures. Continuous improvement through process optimization and automation, as well as creating scalable training and enablement programs, are essential.
