About The Position

This role is central to scaling and optimizing a dynamic sales organization, providing operational and enablement support that drives efficiency and consistency across the sales lifecycle. You will partner closely with senior sales leadership to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and create repeatable, high-quality sales processes. The position involves building and maintaining sales collateral, optimizing CRM and other sales tools, and implementing process improvements. You will ensure that sales teams are fully equipped to engage clients effectively, while enabling leadership to focus on high-impact revenue-generating activities. Ideal candidates are structured, detail-oriented, and experienced in sales operations, enablement, or marketing operations in B2B or agency environments. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with direct influence on sales effectiveness and growth.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven ability to create and manage sales collateral, documentation, and enablement materials
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build structure in evolving environments
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Experience supporting sales teams in consulting, agency, or B2B services contexts
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable execution
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and collaboration tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience prior to transitioning into sales enablement or operations
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations and sales/marketing alignment
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive sales collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, case studies, scripts, and service overviews
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to translate offerings into clear, compelling, and repeatable materials
  • Document, streamline, and optimize the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff
  • Identify repetitive or inefficient tasks and implement systems or workflows to automate or simplify them
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository for sales content with clear version control and lifecycle management
  • Audit materials and processes regularly to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with new offerings
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, enabling faster sales cycles and improved credibility with clients
