About The Position

As the Manager, Marketing Enablement & Operations, you’ll own the architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of our marketing engine. You’ll ensure every lead is handled with precision, every team member grows in their craft, and every project is delivered with operational excellence, while driving processes, optimizing vendors, embedding automation, and maintaining full visibility across all marketing functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing enablement, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in lead management, campaign operations, and marketing process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs to develop team capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, partners, and external tools effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with a leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Lifecycle Optimization: Own the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring leads are properly routed, tagged, and worked on according to SLAs.
  • Lead Management & Lifecycle Optimization: Implement and manage a regular cadence of activity reviews to ensure optimal lead follow-up and conversion health.
  • Organizational Enablement & Development: Work directly with the Director of Demand Gen to identify departmental skill gaps and design training programs.
  • Organizational Enablement & Development: Lead the onboarding and continuous skill enhancement of team members to ensure technical and strategic growth.
  • Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Optimization: Take full accountability for vendors and partners currently lacking dedicated focus; audit their potential and reactivate them as viable revenue streams.
  • Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Optimization: Act as the primary point of contact for external tool providers and technical vendors.
  • Operating Rhythm & OKR Ownership: Lead quarterly OKR planning and translate them into granular execution plans.
  • Operating Rhythm & OKR Ownership: Maintain the departmental "Single Source of Truth" for performance metrics and flag risks to leadership early.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact, proprietary projects aimed at scaling infrastructure, improving system visibility, and enhancing deliverability across key channels.
  • AI & Automation Logic: Identify manual workflows for automation, targeting a 10% reduction in operational load within the first year.
  • Operational Governance: Enforce JIRA adoption and SOP discipline across all demand generation functions to ensure a repeatable and auditable environment.
  • Tech Stack & Budget Management: Manage the marketing tech stack to ensure high ROI, seamless integrations, and data hygiene.
