The Sales Enablement Operations Manager supports the Home Loans organization by owning the operational execution of sales enablement programs that drive loan production, improve sales efficiency, and strengthen relationships with real estate partners. This role exists to ensure loan officers have timely access to compliant tools, resources, events, and marketing support needed to grow referral volume and execute effectively in local markets. The role partners closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to operationalize enablement strategies, manage sales-related events and brand activations, support social selling and marketing initiatives, and assist with onboarding and administrative enablement activities.
