The Sales Enablement and Operations Lead is a pivotal player coach role designed to scale Figure’s lending teams through training, coverage, and operational rigor. You will own the end to end training lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to upskilling existing Loan Officers on new products and partner programs including LLC HELOC, DSCR, SMB, Retention, HIS, Lowe’s, and LendingTree. You will remain an active, licensed Loan Officer and serve as the primary utility or float LO and Team Lead, providing coverage across all pods during volume spikes or leaves of absence. In parallel, you will partner closely with Operations to improve approval workflows and use performance data to advise leadership on staffing, performance management, and remediation strategy.
