This role involves leading the training and enablement of new Sales Operations Specialists. The position requires the creation, modification, and review of process and training documentation. The Lead will collaborate with the team to improve the new hire training program and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Sales Operations processes and procedures. A key aspect of the role is becoming an expert in CPQ/CLM systems, actively participating in release cycles, including requirement identification, user acceptance testing, and SOP documentation. The role also involves working with various business stakeholders such as legal, deals desk, finance, and marketing to roadmap and develop operational best practices. Additionally, the Lead will manage and assist with enablement projects and act as the first line of support for the sales operations team in areas of training, onboarding, and systems support.
