Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Sales Operations Director near the Greater Boston area. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing analytic and strategic direction, developing proactive communications between zones, customers, and senior sales management, and maintaining appropriate talent levels to ensure strong sales growth and loyalty to the Utz Brand of products. This position will require an individual with strong management and leadership skills with a capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously across a wide geographic area. Candidates must have five plus years of management and DSD sales experience related to the retail grocery/snack food environment. Hands-on working knowledge of the internal functions of regional management, effective presentation and communication skills and a willingness to actively participate and work along-side your team is essential. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel weekly, including overnight accommodations, throughout a sizeable territory is also required.
