About The Position

We are a growing food packaging company specializing in powdered products, including drink mixes, sweeteners, and similar applications. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this important role, you’ll serve as a key connection between our customers, sales team, production, warehouse, quality department, and accounting team. You’ll help ensure customer orders move smoothly from purchase order through production, shipment, and invoicing. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, communicating with others, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer orders from receipt through shipment and invoicing
• Helping ensure materials, inventory, production schedules, and shipping plans stay aligned
• Serving as a primary day-to-day contact for customer operational needs
• Providing timely and professional updates to customers and internal teams
• Proactively identifying potential delays or concerns and helping coordinate solutions
• Coordinating production, inventory, shipping, quality, and invoicing reporting
• Supporting billing accuracy, pricing updates, credits, rebates, and related documentation
• Coordinating customer audits, onsite visits, and follow-up items
• Following up with appropriate team members to help ensure customer commitments are met
• Building strong working relationships across departments and with customers
