Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working with systems (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Sales Operations or sales
  • Eager to learn and able to travel to Sweden or UK for training and other business needs if and when require
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Managing and coordinating customer quotes, orders, and renewals
  • Registering opportunities and ensuring accurate data in Salesforce
  • Validating pricing and working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy
  • Processing orders and ensuring all documentation (POs, pricing, discounts) is correct
  • Supporting license key management and customer communications
  • Following up on renewals and working collaboratively with the sales team
  • Liaising with teams across finance, marketing, and technical delivery
  • Ensuring all systems and records are up to date and aligned
