SimCorp is seeking a sharp, curious Sales Operations Consultant to be the operational anchor for their North America Sales and Customer Success teams. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and people, and is crucial for building SimCorp's North America commercial engine. The consultant will report to the Head of Sales Operations, be part of the Global Commercial Operations team, and own the NA sales operations function end-to-end. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality in Salesforce, delivering analysis and insights to regional Sales leadership, supporting Sales in process adherence, and designing process improvements for global standardization. This is a high-visibility role for a proactive, analytically rigorous individual motivated by helping sales teams succeed.
