About The Position

The Risk and Control team within AMG Operations partners closely with operational teams to support and oversee control frameworks that ensure effective risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. The team is responsible for coordinating control reviews, supporting audits and assessments (including RCSA), and driving the standardization and continuous improvement of procedures, workflows, and documentation. Ideal candidate should have an understanding of risk frameworks, including but not limited to Matters/Issues, effective Control writing, metrics, and policy/procedures. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Leads critical operational support and/or implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities or initiatives within an operational unit, and oversees performance and risk indicators.
