We're seeking an experienced sales operations coach to work with students and professionals building careers in sales operations. This role includes teaching core skills in sales operations, sales strategy, sales analytics, sales enablement, and sales training, as well as account management, territory management, and customer relationship management. Coaches also guide students through CRM automation and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern sales workflows. On the career side, coaches support resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation, as well as promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing for those pursuing independent work. Ideal candidates have professional experience in sales operations, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
