About The Position

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will optimize and support business-critical platforms, contribute to dashboards and data gathering for KPIs, provide actionable insights, and identify improvements to streamline workflows. You will balance project-based initiatives with ongoing operational support and system ownership, managing multiple priorities across tool optimization, user enablement, and transformation efforts. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, SDR, Operations, & Client Experience teams, building strong relationships to understand needs and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or supporting platforms such as Salesforce, sales automation platforms, marketing automation, sales collateral tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting and analyzing data with Excel
  • Ability to train and support users across systems and tools
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Capacity to switch between project-based and operational modes of work when clear deadlines arise

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or fintech environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Black Diamond

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and support business-critical platforms including Salesforce, Sales Engagement, Highspot, AdvizorPro, servicePath CPQ, Consensus Manage system configurations, user groups, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient usage
  • Triage and own requests, vet requirements, conduct business analysis with stakeholders, and execute
  • Document for and train internal users as needed
  • Contribute to dashboards and data gathering processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and operational improvements
  • Monitor adoption, usage trends, and effectiveness of tools and processes
  • Consistently provide updates and prioritize critical items as part of the team
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce friction across teams
  • Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication of updates and enhancements
