AWS Enterprise Support Strategy & Operations (ESS O) is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support sales and field organizations. This role will provide visibility, insights, and operational support to leaders, enabling them to drive business performance, make informed decisions, and plan for the future. The position is part of the team responsible for Strategy and Operations for Strategic Industries and EMEA Business Development and Technical Account Manager field delivery teams. The analyst will focus on core operational activities including standard reporting, data analysis, and the day-to-day execution of operational processes. Key responsibilities include generating regular business metrics reports, conducting deep dives into data to answer specific business questions, and contributing to strategic planning cycles and ad-hoc reporting requests. The role may also involve territory management, headcount allocation, goal setting, and supporting the development and execution of operational strategy. This position offers significant opportunities for learning, growth, and broad exposure across strategy, operations, leadership, and functional partnerships.
