About The Position

Yieldmo is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the scaling of systems, processes, and insights for its global revenue organization. This role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, bridges strategy, analytics, and execution, aiming to enhance operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. The analyst will convert data into actionable insights, optimize revenue workflows, and strengthen the infrastructure for better decision-making and sustainable growth. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy tackling complex business challenges, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are eager to use AI and automation to improve team operations and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related function, preferably within ad tech, martech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms, with HubSpot expertise strongly preferred.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical models that support revenue planning and business decision-making.
  • Highly proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, finance, and product stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and increase productivity.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting advertising technology, digital media, or programmatic advertising businesses.
  • Experience with revenue operations frameworks spanning marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools, data integrations, or CRM architecture.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled processes or automation solutions within commercial organizations.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial leadership to support go-to-market planning, sales target setting, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, territory plans, and pipeline analyses that improve visibility and revenue predictability.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities to improve productivity, coverage, and growth.
  • Lead the evolution of Yieldmo’s HubSpot strategy, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes and workflows that improve efficiency across the revenue organization.
  • Evaluate and implement sales technologies and automation solutions that enable growth and reduce manual work.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks across the sales funnel and develop solutions that improve conversion and velocity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and informed decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help sales leadership improve performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to enhance analysis, streamline workflows, and uncover opportunities for greater business impact.
