About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and operational rigor across the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to turn data into insights, improve processes, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools, reporting, and structure needed to scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, visualizations).
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and incentive plans
  • Experience supporting PE-backed or high-growth sales organizations
  • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and overall sales performance.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to support accurate forecasting and pipeline analysis using historical data, trends, and CRM insights.
  • Own day-to-day CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adoption.
  • Develop and monitor hygiene reporting (aging, late-stage opportunities, stalled deals).
  • Evaluate, refine, and implement scalable sales processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility across the sales organization.
  • Provide operational support including territory management, account assignments, quota setup, and tool training for sales users.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market initiatives, compensation planning support, and customer experience improvements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering Monthly All Sales meetings, Sales Kickoff activities, and leadership presentations.
