About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst I is responsible for projects related to PRP’s prospect database (in the CRM) and the auxiliary Sales Stack, including researching/adding new prospects, maintaining data, resolving data errors, reporting, assisting with sales stack integration, and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in sales, sales operations/enablement, Revenue Operations, Data Analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently, as well as within a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize/manage workload while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRMs preferred.
  • Experience with Connect & Sell (Auto-Dialer), ZoomInfo (Data Provider), Apollo (Data Provider), SalesLoft (Sales Execution Platform), or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Add to and maintain leads within the CRM for the sales department and resolve issues related to the prospect lists, auditing/cleaning lead data for relevancy and accuracy.
  • Source potential prospects using external sources, including various data providers, to incorporate into our call lists and outbound calling system (Connect and Sell).
  • Generate accurate sales reporting including Sales KPI’s, Connect and Sell metrics, and data management updates, and maintain/improve sales processes.
  • Assign appointments to the sales team members according to assignment process.
  • Assist with maintaining and improving the integration of various sales tools and platforms with our primary CRM system. This includes troubleshooting issues, updating software, and optimizing how these tools work together to enhance the sales process.
  • Support the Sales Operations team as needed.
