This role supports new business sales efforts by minimizing the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. The position works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures. This position is full-time and requires flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours, with the possibility of occasional overtime. The office is located at 5701 Katella Ave Cypress, CA 90630. This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, offering flexibility for those living near Cypress, CA.
