About The Position

First Class Air Support, an First Class Air brand located in Louisville, KY, is seeking a dedicated Sales Operation Specialist to manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and deliver outstanding service to our global client base. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn proprietary software and manage CRM data effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience.
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems such as Quantum or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a First In, First Out (FIFO) process for inbound quotes by thoroughly researching requests, gathering current market pricing, and providing timely responses to customers.
  • Deliver a consistently professional and service-oriented experience to ensure a First Class customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure all price quotations reflect accurate, up-to-date, market-based information.
  • Conduct routine follow-ups with customers to confirm they have the information they need, using their preferred communication methods.
  • Support full coverage of phone, email, and third-party marketplace inquiries, ensuring availability 24/7/365 for global customer needs as part of the Sales Operations team.
  • Follow up on customer quotes at least twice daily during regular business hours and coordinate with internal teams to obtain any missing details required for accurate and timely responses.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and customer support to drive repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support department and company goals.
