About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Specialist -AI to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement of learning concepts.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility.
Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis.
Specializes in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout.

The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually.
Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
