About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Specialist -AI to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement of learning concepts.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility.
  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis.
  • Specializes in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
  • Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout.
