About The Position
WÜSTHOF, a family-owned company with a legacy dating back to 1814, is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at major retailers and local events. This role involves training staff and customers, merchandising, managing inventory, selling products, and assisting customers in person. The position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week, and ideally suited for individuals living near the market they will service. The role involves 100% travel within the assigned market, with work primarily scheduled for Fridays through Sundays. The current opening is for the Orange County, CA market.
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends and travel 100% onsite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking in front of large groups.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) via personal mobile device.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to manage own schedule with integrity.
- Must be comfortable working around household knives and practice safety protocol at all times.
Nice To Haves
- 2 or 4 year degree is a plus.
