About The Position

Lamour Inc. is a family-owned company founded in 1953, with a strong reputation in socks, performance apparel, hosiery, and lingerie. They are among the top 5 global players in activewear basics, the world leader in seamless garments, and a leading sock manufacturer in Canada. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Merchandising Coordinator to support the VP, Sales & Senior Account Manager and cross-functional teams in managing customer accounts, product data, and production flow. This role requires a strong understanding of the merchandising lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, production, or sales operations
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with customer portals
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve any pending customer-related issues
  • Create and update seasonal line sheets and catalogs
  • Organize and send samples, CADs, and catalogues to customers
  • Upload and maintain SKU data in customer portals
  • Maintain records of customer submissions, approvals, and communications
  • Generate and run sales and inventory reports as needed
  • Ensure accurate SKU creation and setup in the ERP system based on SOPs
  • Issue UPCs and customer POs, and ensure proper distribution to relevant teams
  • Support data accuracy across HS codes, branding, content, styles, pricing, and packaging
  • Create UPCs and assist with the promotion of new styles
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate sample execution
  • Track production milestones, quality, and yield across suppliers and factories
  • Assist in ordering raw materials (fabrics, trims, packaging, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment timelines and support customs clearance for BOM-related projects
  • Attend production meetings to align on costing, lead times, and deliveries
  • Act as liaison between merchandising and departments including Design, Logistics, Accounting, Warehouse, Planning, Lab & Fit teams
  • Communicate product changes and updates clearly to ensure smooth workflows
