About The Position

Franz Family Bakery, founded in 1906, is a successful bakery producing a variety of baked products under premium labels. We employ over 4,000 people and distribute products across multiple states. We are seeking a Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Coeur d'Alene. This role ensures our customers have the best products on their shelves. The ideal candidate is reliable, safe, organized, and can communicate effectively.

Requirements

Part-time position requiring availability between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.
1+ years of experience in a similar merchandising position.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform frequent to constant handling activities.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical, and physical capacity test.
Clean driving record and provision of a current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large, bulky racks of product.
Highly organized, fast-paced, and able to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals.
Proven work history of being reliable, safe, and positive.

Must be available to work between the hours of 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays weekends; schedule to be discussed at time of interview.

Nice To Haves

Experience in bread/bakery/food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintaining bakery products in assigned stores, including stocking shelves, rotating outdated products, and facing products.
Ensuring a neat and orderly appearance of all assigned bakery products.
Driving a company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations.
Loading and unloading product in a company-issued vehicle, including pushing/pulling racks and trays of bakery products.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
