About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Mentoree to join our Honda dealership team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to build a successful career in automotive sales through hands-on training and mentorship. As a Sales Mentoree, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learning the fundamentals of vehicle sales, customer engagement, and dealership operations. This structured program prepares you to transition into an Independent Sales Associate role within approximately 8 months.
Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales associates with customer interactions and vehicle presentations

- Support the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery

- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
- Maintain a professional and positive dealership experience for all customers
