About The Position
Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiring Sales Consultants for North Country CJDR/FORD. This is a non-commission, salary-based position with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role is designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success.
Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR OEM training
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver FORD/CJDR vehicles while providing an excellent customer experience
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
- Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR OEM product courses
- Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Meet dealership and OEM CSI standards

- $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly)
