About The Position
Join our growing Anytime Fitness team in Westchester County! We are looking for the best-of-the-best Gym Managers and Personal Trainers/Coaches. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with potential for additional commissions. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience managing fitness centers and live within a 30-minute radius. While a Personal Training Certification and experience are not mandatory, they are strongly preferred. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential as we operate 24/7/365. A reliable car is required for training at various Westchester County locations and for pre-opening sales efforts. Anytime Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- 1+ years experience in managing fitness center(s)
- Must live locally (30 minute radius max)
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and Holidays
- Must have your own reliable car
- Able to complete training at other locations in Westchester County leading up to opening
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer Certification (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Personal Training Certification + experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service at the club (i.e. handling prospective members, members' needs, security etc.).
- Managing facilities with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
- Managing emails and/or daily ongoing marketing + communications.
- Sales of Membership and Personal Training (ideal for those certified in training).
- Clerical office work (i.e. CRM database, some filing, payment tracking/billing).
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Willing to train and work at multiples locations, as well as handle Pre-Opening Sale leading up to opening (all within a 30 minute radius).
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must have your own reliable car.
