Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
Must pass a background check and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in all areas of the gym, including restrooms, fitness equipment, and common areas.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked as needed.
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy environment for members.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Launder towels, monitor supply and vending inventory, and other required items.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries regarding cleanliness and facility usage.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and high cleanliness standards.
Adhere to a scheduled cleaning routine to ensure all areas are consistently maintained.
