SALES & MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SALES ASSOCIATE)
About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a qualified Sales Associate to drive sales and service excellence for their group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN. The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service. Orangetheory Fitness provides an inspirational and motivational environment for all members, promotes and celebrates teamwork, and offers team members hands-on guidance, improving marketable skills across multiple areas of a business.
Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
- Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs
- High school diploma required
Responsibilities
- Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products
- Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment will maintaining productivity requirements
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience
- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease
- Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Process accurately onboarding documents for new members
- Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings
