Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, manages, and maintains assigned business systems, develops value-added technical solutions to address NAL business needs, and provides end-user application and technical support. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing streamlined and improved processes and systems for the Sales & Marketing department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of business reports. The analyst will consult with users, clarify processes, and develop/implement data collection systems to optimize efficiency and data quality, following a standard process from testing and validation to implementation. Key duties include documenting workflows, creating user instructions, overseeing system functionality, tracking issues, collaborating with IT, and providing training. The position also involves analytical support of Sales & Marketing data, staying current with business systems, supporting IATF16949/ISO compliance, maintaining data integrity, and training junior analysts.
