The Role: The Sales & Marketing Specialist works closely with senior leadership to help drive execution, clarity, and momentum across marketing and sales initiatives. This role focuses on turning priorities into action, keeping work moving across teams, and taking on projects that free leaders and teammates to focus on growth. This role is well-suited for someone who thinks beyond task lists, connects dots across initiatives, and takes responsibility for getting work from idea to delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable moving work forward with high-level direction and evolving priorities. Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear materials and summaries
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable moving work forward with high-level direction and evolving priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and proposes solutions
  • Analytical and data-minded; able to interpret performance metrics and surface insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders and multiple teams
  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems, tools, and software quickly
  • Interest in exploring and adopting new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Experience using or supporting analytics tools such as GA4, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, consulting, operations, agency, or similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing programs and initiatives, helping move work from idea to delivery
  • Partner with teammates across Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Digital to keep campaigns, projects, and workflows moving efficiently
  • Take initiative on assigned projects, following them through to completion with minimal oversight
  • Maintain visibility into active initiatives, anticipate needs, and surface issues before they become blockers
  • Support Sales and Business Development efforts by preparing presentations, materials, and summaries
  • Develop working knowledge of products, offerings, customers, and use cases to better support revenue initiatives
  • Research prospecting, lead generation, and marketing tools; summarize findings and recommendations for leadership
  • Prepare KPI slides, dashboards, and reporting materials for marketing and sales performance reviews
  • Pull, organize, and validate data from systems such as GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
  • Build and maintain trackers, documentation, and boards (e.g., Monday.com) to support execution and follow-through
  • Quickly learn new software, systems, and workflows and apply them to improve efficiency
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and synthesis
  • Assist with defining requirements or documentation for minor development or technical projects as needed
  • Support Sales and leadership with special projects or initiatives as assigned
