The Sales & Marketing Specialist supports B2B lead generation, nurtures customer relationships, and helps drive brand visibility. This role bridges sales outreach with marketing initiatives to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence. This hybrid (3 days in office) role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and helping bring marketing ideas to life. You’ll help identify new customers, support sales conversations, and assist in executing creative marketing campaigns that fuel company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field, or the equivalent education and /or experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with a variety of people
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and building rapport
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling
  • Understanding and interest in digital marketing (email, social media, content)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Results-driven and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Preferred experience in social media, email automation, or content creation
  • Preferred familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Support sales outreach efforts through email, social media, and events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns
  • Develop sales collateral and marketing content (presentations, brochures, social posts, newsletters)
  • Maintain CRM data and track engagement
  • Competitive intelligence including monitoring competitors and market trends
  • Provide reporting on campaign performance
