About The Position

Capital Vacations is continuing to grow throughout Florida, and we're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Recruiter to join our Florida Talent Acquisition team. As a member of our recruiting team, you'll partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to attract, recruit, and hire top talent across our Florida operations. Working alongside fellow recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership, you'll help develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to support recruiting initiatives across multiple Florida markets while collaborating with a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about building exceptional Sales and Marketing organizations.

Requirements

Experienced, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Recruiter
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels.
Experience building proactive talent pipelines
Experience conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Experience coordinating interviews and hiring activities
Experience creating recruiting marketing campaigns and social media content
Experience representing a company at hiring events, networking events, and career fairs.
Experience maintaining recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned Sales and Marketing positions.
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels.
Build proactive talent pipelines for Sales and Marketing positions.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with leaders across Florida.
Create recruiting marketing campaigns and social media content to strengthen Capital Vacations' employer brand.
Represent Capital Vacations at hiring events, networking events, and career fairs.
Maintain recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with the Florida Talent Acquisition team on hiring initiatives, recruiting events, onboarding, and continuous process improvements.
