About The Position

RVA Graphics & Wraps is expanding its team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Leader to drive revenue growth, strengthen sales discipline, and help scale a high-performing team and culture. This role also oversees an efficient production-based business. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading sales conversations, reviewing pipeline performance, collaborating with production teams, and developing people and systems for business growth. This individual combines strong commercial instincts with operational credibility and people leadership, understanding how to grow revenue while maintaining accountability, customer experience, and team trust.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing P&L and growing revenue in a service-based B2B company.
  • Experience leading mid-sized teams in a hands-on environment.
  • Strong financial and operational business acumen.
  • Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
  • Must have positive points on state driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
  • Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.

Responsibilities

  • Own company revenue growth, marketing initiatives, sales performance, and pipeline development.
  • Lead and improve the full sales process from lead generation through closing and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Personally engage in key customer relationships and larger commercial opportunities.
  • Build consistent forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting processes.
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, customer retention, and market visibility.
  • Collaborate with ownership to establish annual growth targets and strategic priorities.
  • Drive accountability without creating burnout.
  • Mentor team members through active coaching, field support, and sales process improvement.
  • Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and development plans.
  • Help recruit and onboard future commercial talent as the business grows.
  • Manage P&L performance with direct accountability for the financial success and profitability of the business.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the business.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Understand and manage the financial drivers of a growing service business, including labor utilization, project profitability, accounts receivable, and cash flow considerations.
  • Work closely with production, installation, and operations leadership to ensure profitable execution.
  • Develop credibility with shop and install teams through practical decision-making and operational awareness.
  • Balance sales growth with production capacity, scheduling realities, and customer commitments.
  • Participate in pricing strategy, margin management, and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with corporate Safety team to ensure adherence with company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Oversee brand positioning, local market visibility, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Help strengthen referral relationships, strategic partnerships, and repeat business channels.
  • Guide digital marketing, outbound prospecting, and customer communication efforts.
  • Identify new verticals, services, or geographic opportunities for growth.
