About The Position

Fellowship Cove Marsh Landing is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach for our assisted living and memory care community. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building referral relationships, conducting community outreach, managing the sales process from inquiry to move-in, and driving census growth within a single community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales, marketing, business development, or admissions experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, assisted living, or memory care.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy and sales goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing software preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and census growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and other community partners.
• Coordinate community outreach efforts, networking events, and educational programs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase community visibility and brand awareness.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance using CRM tools and reporting systems such as Yardi.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Represent the community at local events, professional organizations, and networking opportunities.
• Manage the community marketing budget and vendor relationships as needed.
