About The Position

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Residence is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic Sales team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office. A solid working knowledge of all MS systems: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher are required. Working knowledge of Delphi/Golden and Opera is strongly preferred. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and is a collaborative team player. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will hold Four Seasons Service Standards with the highest regard. The ideal candidate is one with aspirations to develop into a managerial role in the future.

Requirements

  • Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum two years of working experience required
  • Proactive, organized and customer service-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to pull data into spreadsheets, graphs, charts and infographics
  • Experience creating professional sales presentations and marketing materials, knowledge of Canva
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects/deadlines
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Salesforce and/or other CRM database software experience preferred
  • US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

  • General office management including office ordering and invoice paying.
  • Assist with problem-solving technology issues for the office and contact off-site support if needed, work with the Corporate IT “Help Desk” team.
  • Assist with phone coverage, lead catching, scheduling site inspections
  • Provide sales support for Commercial, Director of Sales, Director of Public Relations, and shared services Sales Managers, focusing on Group and Travel Industry business.
  • Utilize GSC (Golden Sales & Catering) on a daily basis to enter sales leads, enter and update accounts and contacts, maintain customer profiles, enter sales activities.
  • Generate ad hoc sales reports from Salesforce and BI to support Sales & Catering team sales strategy and business objectives.
  • Create sales presentations in PowerPoint utilizing brand approved templates, customizing to deliver impact based on sales objectives.
  • Handle incoming requests from clients and hotels, act as primary client contact when sales team members are out of the office.
  • Facilitate incoming group leads and manage pipeline, handle client requests, and communicate customer needs to hotels.
  • Provide support for customer events as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales appointments and presentations, arranging travel, restaurant reservations, catering orders, updating, and producing final schedule, preparing customer profiles, and reconfirming arrangements.
