Requirements

  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for serving guests and partners, with a warm, responsive, and thoughtful approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
  • Proficiency with Google Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2+ years of experience in luxury or design space
  • Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic

  • experience in or an interest in social media management and marketing
  • experience with CRM, hotel sales, and reservation systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Area Director of Leisure Sales — assist with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, account follow-up, and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct site inspections — host property tours and Discovery visits on behalf of the sales team, showcasing the hotel and its offerings.
  • Coordinate reservations — assist with bookings, room requests, upgrades, special arrangements, and reservation changes for the travel advisory segment.
  • Maintain sales portals and account records — keep CRM, lead, commission, and client information accurate and up to date.
  • Track booking details — monitor rates, availability, booking status, and relevant deadlines; share updates with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments — communicate guest preferences and arrangements to Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other teams.
  • Support reporting and office operations — prepare activity reports, organize sales documents, maintain promotional materials, and assist with scheduling and other department needs.
  • Ensure appropriate guest follow-up takes place in a timely and proper fashion, in accordance with the standard operating procedures
