About The Position

As the Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the functional bridge between the Canadian Sales and Marketing organizations. You will ensure that promotional and media campaigns, sales enablement tools, and retailer presentation materials are executed flawlessly. Working closely with both the Brand Management and National Sales leads, you will support strategic sales growth across our award-winning portfolio.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing, preferably within the consumer goods, toy, or family lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience owning and executing a comprehensive social media calendar across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with live streaming/shopping platforms, UGC management tools (e.g., Curalate), and social media management software.
  • Demonstrated success in launching social collaborations, sweepstakes, and successful brand-to-brand partnerships.
  • Experience working alongside paid media agencies to align organic and paid strategies.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and current digital trends.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Marketing & Brand Execution: Support the brand team with monthly reports, season-over-season integrated marketing review processes, and the delivery of creative assets to our media agency.
  • Equip Sales Teams: Deliver updated Canadian Visual Line Plans, product sheets, and high-quality product images to sales representatives and retailers to support buyer pitches.
  • Manage Product Sampling: Coordinate and execute the sample ordering process for retailer trade shows, buyer meetings, and PR/marketing donation needs.
  • Drive Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market tracking on competitor activities, shopper marketing trends, and industry insights to present to internal teams.
  • Manage Operational Tasks: Set up new vendors, facilitate purchase order (PO) creations for vendor payments, and assist with general vendor setup workflows for sales.
  • Maintain Digital Systems: Serve as the owner of the Canada SharePoint platform, ensuring the hub is organized, updated, and that obsolete files are archived.
  • Facilitate Event Logistics: Coordinate full logistics, product setups, and display materials for regional retailer trade shows.
  • Manage Live Brand Bookings: Partner with the Preschool Brand Lead to coordinate bookings and partnership relations for our live costumed characters (e.g., PAW Patrol Pups).
