This part-time role supports the growth and visibility of the Overture Tributary active adult community through strategic marketing and outreach efforts. Working 25–30 hours per week, the role partners with the community team and local community organizations to promote brand awareness, attract prospective residents aged 55+, and drive qualified traffic to the community. This position plays a key role in supporting leasing performance, enhancing resident engagement, and contributing to overall occupancy and retention goals.
