The Sales Consultant is responsible for executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offering. The Sales Consultant supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages lease renewals in alignment with Active Adult best practices. Responsibilities include lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement. The Sales Consultant upholds Greystar’s professional standards and ethical expectations while delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests. Based on experience this position's hourly range is $19.00 - $21.00 in addition to other incentives. Part-time, 25 hours/week; Saturdays required.
