About The Position

The Sales & Marketing Associate helps prospective residents discover and lease an apartment community while supporting a positive resident experience. The role involves following up with prospects, sharing useful information about the community and neighborhood, conducting personalized community tours, and using social media to generate awareness and interest. The position includes working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

• Follow up with all prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
