The Sales & Marketing Associate helps prospective residents discover the community and neighborhood, turns leads into tours and new leases, supports a consistently positive resident experience, and creates awareness and interest through social media. The position works three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. The stated salary is $24.04 USD.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with all prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
- Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
- Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
