The Sales & Marketing Assistant/Move-in & Move-Out Coordinator is responsible for providing direct administrative and logistics support to the Aviva Senior Living Sales, Marketing, and Communications Department. This role involves coordinating move-ins, transfers, and move-outs for Independent Living/Assisted Living, maintaining apartment inventory and status, and performing data entry and mining with CRM software. The position also includes assisting with call blitzes, preparing prospect and new resident paperwork and marketing materials, conducting tours, scheduling appointments, assisting with event planning, managing office supplies and budget, processing mail, and problem-solving service issues.
