About The Position

ServiceCentral builds software for the device repair and reverse logistics industry — point-of-sale, enterprise service management, and repair network tools used by 500+ customers across 100+ countries. Customers include national insurance carriers, OEM-authorised service providers, and franchise repair networks. We are launching a modular platform in 2026 and need an operationally strong commercial hire to run the marketing and pipeline infrastructure that turns product launches into revenue. This is not a quota-carrying sales role — it is the commercial engine that enables the sales team to perform. The Role As our Sales & Marketing AI Operations hire, you will own the systems, workflows, and content infrastructure that connect marketing output to pipeline performance. You will work directly with the CCO and sit at the intersection of Salesforce operations, AI-powered marketing automation, and product marketing — managing everything from deal stage accuracy to module launch go-to-market. This role is built for someone who runs fast, operates independently, and uses AI tools as a core part of how they work — not as an occasional shortcut.

Requirements

  • Daily working use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation — this is a core job function, not a nice-to-have
  • 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Salesforce administration experience — pipeline management, reporting, and data hygiene
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple workstreams without close supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in device repair, reverse logistics, recommerce, or adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with AI marketing agent or automation platforms (Make, n8n, Clay, or equivalent)
  • Product marketing experience for technical or platform products
  • Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics 4

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce pipeline management — data hygiene, deal stage accuracy, reporting, and forecast inputs for the CCO
  • Track and report on marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for marketing tools and AI agent platforms
  • Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows covering content generation, competitive monitoring, and campaign automation
  • Manage outbound campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels
  • Own product marketing for the modular platform — develop positioning, messaging, and collateral for each module launch
  • Produce and maintain product marketing content — help articles, onboarding guides, and release communications
  • Support module launch go-to-market — coordinate messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch timelines with product and sales
  • Maintain competitive intelligence — monitor competitor positioning, pricing changes, and product announcements
  • Perform other reasonable activities as required by management
