ServiceCentral builds software for the device repair and reverse logistics industry — point-of-sale, enterprise service management, and repair network tools used by 500+ customers across 100+ countries. Customers include national insurance carriers, OEM-authorised service providers, and franchise repair networks. We are launching a modular platform in 2026 and need an operationally strong commercial hire to run the marketing and pipeline infrastructure that turns product launches into revenue. This is not a quota-carrying sales role — it is the commercial engine that enables the sales team to perform. The Role As our Sales & Marketing AI Operations hire, you will own the systems, workflows, and content infrastructure that connect marketing output to pipeline performance. You will work directly with the CCO and sit at the intersection of Salesforce operations, AI-powered marketing automation, and product marketing — managing everything from deal stage accuracy to module launch go-to-market. This role is built for someone who runs fast, operates independently, and uses AI tools as a core part of how they work — not as an occasional shortcut.
