About The Position

We’re looking for an Sales Manager to lead and scale Everself’s patient acquisition team. This role will manage a team of sales representatives responsible for guiding prospective patients through the consultation and decision process for our life-changing weight loss procedures. This is a highly metrics-driven leadership role focused on improving conversion rates, coaching consultative sales conversations, and building a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing inside sales teams, thrives in a performance-oriented environment, and is energized by helping people make important, life-changing decisions. You’ll work closely with our Growth, Care Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure prospective patients receive a thoughtful, supportive, and informative experience as they evaluate treatment options. As we scale, you will play a key role in refining our sales process, coaching representatives, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our patient acquisition funnel.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
  • Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
  • Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical procedures
  • Experience in high-consideration consumer sales (fertility, LASIK, cosmetic surgery, dental implants, etc.)
  • Experience managing inbound or SDR sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Experience scaling or rebuilding a sales team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures. Provide ongoing feedback, call coaching, and performance management to improve individual and team results.
  • Own and optimize the sales funnel: Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel. Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and continuously optimize processes to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Coach consultative sales conversations: Train representatives to guide patients through complex, high-consideration healthcare decisions with empathy, credibility, and clarity. Ensure conversations are informative, supportive, and aligned with Everself’s patient-first mission.
  • Drive a strong performance culture: Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures that enable the team to perform at a high level. Monitor performance metrics and implement structured coaching and improvement plans when needed.
  • Improve sales operations and workflows: Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing, sales tools, messaging, and follow-up workflows. Continuously refine systems and processes to support scalable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from first inquiry through consultation and procedure scheduling.
